Welcome to Balance Schools’ Camp Website (https://camp.balanceschools.com) (“Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this Site and the services offered through it. By using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old to register a child for a camp or provide personal information.
2. Program Registration & Payment
To register for one of our camps or programs:
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You agree to pay all applicable fees at the time of registration.
- Payment is securely processed through third-party providers.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any registration at our discretion.
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@go.balanceschools.com.
Refunds:
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the program start date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start date may not be eligible for a refund.
- We reserve the right to issue credits in lieu of refunds in certain cases.
Balance Schools may cancel or reschedule a camp due to low enrollment, weather, or other circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to another session (subject to availability).
4. Health & Safety
You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in outdoor activities. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, health concerns, or behavioral issues that may affect your child’s participation.
In the event of an emergency, you authorize camp staff to secure medical treatment for your child.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Balance Schools, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in our programs.
Participation in our camps and activities is at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, images, logos, and design—is the property of Balance Schools and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
