We adapt activities based on daily weather conditions and have sheltered areas for unexpected rain or heat. Educators monitor forecasts and heat indexes, adjusting the schedule as needed to ensure safety and comfort, including more shaded play, water breaks, and indoor activities when required.
6. What if my child has no prior experience with outdoor activities or farm animals?
No problem at all! Our program is designed for beginners and returning campers alike. We introduce all activities through gentle guidance, hands-on demonstration, and support, making sure every child feels included and capable regardless of prior experience.
7. How are activities adjusted for different ages and abilities?
We use a tiered learning model that gradually builds skills and confidence. Activities are adapted in complexity and supervision based on your child’s age group. Whether your child is just learning to hike or ready for team-led survival challenges, we meet them where they are.
8. What happens if my child gets injured or sick at camp?
We follow a strict health and safety protocol. Our staff are trained in first aid and CPR, and we maintain a well-stocked first aid kit on-site. For any minor injuries, we notify parents the same day. In the event of more serious concerns, we immediately contact you and follow emergency procedures if necessary.

10. Is there a behavior policy or camper code of conduct?
Yes. We promote a positive, respectful camp culture with clear expectations for behavior. Campers are guided in conflict resolution, collaboration, and communication. In the rare case of repeated disruptive behavior, we work closely with parents to find a supportive solution. Learn more in parent resources.

Yes. Campers are always under supervision, whether they’re exploring the trails, doing hands-on projects, or during free play. Our low camper-to-staff ratio ensures your child receives plenty of guidance, support, and encouragement throughout the day.
13. How do you handle separation anxiety or first-time camper jitters?
We create a warm, welcoming environment with gentle routines and friendly staff trained to support young children. Morning check-ins, team-building games, and daily sharing circles help children quickly feel comfortable. We also encourage communication with parents as needed to ease the transition.
All activities are conducted with appropriate safety protocols and are adjusted based on weather conditions, group dynamics, and learning opportunities that arise naturally during camp sessions.
